- How do we get started?
After we've confirmed that we are available on your date, we normally try to schedule a meeting so we
can get to know each other and talk about your wedding. If you are an out-of-state client, we can
arrange for a phone consultation.
- How can we reserve our date?
The studio requires 1. a signed contract and 2. a retainer to
reserve a date. You can do this easily and quickly through our
Book Online! program. Keep in mind that we
photograph and reserve only one wedding per day.
- When is the final balance due?
The final balance deadline is two weeks before the wedding date.
- What is your pricing?
Collections start at $2,700. We also have an a la carte structure if you would like to build a custom package to suit
your needs. Please email us to view our complete pricelist.
- Do your packages include a DVD?
Yes. It's very important for our clients to have a copy of their wedding photos. The DVD

Release. Keep in mind that it will also be the responsibility of the client to backup and archive the
files.
- What is a Limited Copyright Release?
A Limited Copyright Release grants the client permission to make prints, make enlargements, and use
the photos in personal projects like calendars, digital frames, desktop wallpapers, facebook, etc. The
client cannot, however, sell, publish, make a profit, or claim the files as his or her original
work.
- How many pictures do you take?
On average we take 3,000 or more during a typical wedding and deliver 900-1200 photos to the client.
- So I receive a DVD and can make my own prints?
Yes. This is included with every wedding collection.
- Do you offer individual digital downloads of the pictures?
Yes. Your guests can now order digital copies and use them to make their own prints
and enlargements. You can see more details when ordering through the shopping cart. The digital
downloads feature a very quick turn-around time and are sent via email.

We use Canon cameras and lenses and also carry backup equipment in case there's a malfunction.

to provide your venue with a COI.
